A witness heard a whistling noise and saw a 50 pound chunk of ice SMASH a Mustang automobile!
Authorities think it fell off a plane.
The car’s owner is saving part of the ice for his insurance person.

I saw this on the news yesterday. That’s just insane. Not too long ago, couple of weeks, I believe, a hunk of ice crashed through a family’s roof into their house. Luckily nobody was in the room(s) it touched down in. Can you imagine???
I was driving down the highway last week and a large piece of ice flew off a semi truck and crashed into my window right in front of my face. It totally smashed the window but it did not collapse in on me. I don’t think the truck even knew what happened, anyway it didn’t stop to see if I was OK. I could drive the car back home but had to real careful as vision was quite limited. I had insurance but it still cost me 100 bucks.
Watch out for those “Boeing Bombs”. A few yrs back a homeowner in Toronto had one crash through his garage roof as he was doing repairs in the doorway. Almost got him. How would you explain THAT in the newspaper???
