Forgive me!

For I have sinned. Got the boys through the Grand March and had a choice. Gill or crappie fishing, orrrrr . . . going mushroom hunting and catfishing on the river. No big deal. I’d planned on hitting the canoe and the warm water bays this afternoon. Overnight the rains hit, and it is raining like will all day long. Now why didn’t I go to the bays last night? With a rain coming in the fishing would have been out of this world! JGW

ps No mushrooms, no cats. I had visions of a morell and catfish dinner dancing in my brain.

Hey JGW,

I'm sure all is forgiven. I've heard

that God protects drunks and fools and I’m
sure us fishermen fit in there some place.
I have some nice channel cats on ice. Grab
some of your morell’s and come on over.G
Warm regards, Jim

You are forgiven John but like the man said the best time to go fishing is “when you can”. Don’t ever pass up an opportunity.

Patrick McManus said it best…

“The two best times to go fishin’ is when it’s rainin’ an’ when it ain’t!”

My motto!!!

Jeremy.
