Not sure I made it clear on the other post, but this is sorta what I was trying to explain about the wood duck or flank feather fibers being in front of the primary wing material on a CDC Comparadun.
Not the best job of tying, but I think it shows the idea of providing a little definition to the “unruly” CDC.
