I don’t know about you…but that makes me want to puke. They are expecting six more inches (after this photo was shot at 9 AM DMT).
It’s Colorado. It’s almost the end of October. What do you expect? It’s been a much warmer fall than in many other years and it’s about time we got some snow!
Have not got that here in Wyo. but 3 weeks ago the snow, a foot or so, did put out the fire in my hunting area. Came down last night to pick up the atv from the repair shop, would be nice to have a little of that to get the elk moving!!
I know…it’s just his way of letting me know it’s on it’s way and just giving me the gears. He knows I hate the white stuff. At least once Jan 1 roles by. It’s not his first snow this fall either.
And here I was mildly bummed because today might be the last day that I need to turn on the A/C in my truck on my way in to work, in short sleeves, this year.
I love mayfly hatches in October.
