There are 7 girls on a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
In each backpack is 7 big cats.
With each big cat are 7 small cats.
Question: How many legs are on the bus?

Betty,
Busses don’t have legs…
I was going to blow up that bus but I burnt my lips on the exhaust pipe.
Betty you need to get out more.
LOTS MORE !
I hate trick questions… Legs on the BUS??? Even though I did the math, I feel stupid now…
Legs in the bus. My bad.
This was sent to me from my soon to be daughter in law … I don’t think she likes me  It was titled; Are you smarter than the average 5th Grader? I did figure it out … wasn’t going to let her think I couldn’t handle a 5th grader!!
sounds like fuzzy math to me!!
There ain’t no way I’m getting involved!!!
Betty,
Did you walk to school or carry your lunch…
joe as a math question you forgot the driver
Eric
Okay, grade school quiz time again…
A butcher in a butchershop stands five feet ten inches tall; What does he weigh?
Ok! Ok! 10990 + 2!!! I’m actually not sure if I did all of it right anyway… You can only do so much algebra before you brain turns to mush…
14 legs touching the bus
Hey there Betty,
I also received this e-mail a few days ago. There was an assurance that it was not a trick question . The correct answer would be a password to open a spreadsheet wherein one could post their name and be added to the " smart/er ,as/than a fifth grader". There was also a note that there weren’t many names posted therein leading me to conclude it wasn’t going to be easy. Also a clue that the password was “digital”. The seemingly obvious solution of 7 to the 4th times 4 plus 14 is NOT the solution, nor is the word “digital”.
If you DO solve this problem and gain access to the spreadsheet, post your name on the “smart” list ,but, DO NOT divulge the answer.

Hap he weighs Meat.

“True, or, False…How much, does a battleship weigh?”
“What’s the difference between a duck, if one of its legs, are both the same?”
Paul,
Quote;Yamato (Battleship, 1941-1945)
Yamato, lead ship of a class of two 65,000-ton (over 72,800-tons at full load) battleships, was built at Kure, Japan. She and her sister, Musashi were by far the largest battleships ever built, even exceeding in size and gun caliber (though not in weight of broadside) the U.S. Navy’s abortive Montana class. Their nine 460mm (18.1-inch) main battery guns, which fired 1460kg (3200 pound) armor piercing shells, were the largest battleship guns ever to go to sea, and the two ships’ scale of armor protection was also unsurpassed.
TRUE!
Doug
Douggie you’re BEYOND amazing!
DShock, since the U.S. Navy has been assigning battleships with the BB designation, only 1 of the contiguous 48 states has never had a battleship commisioned in its name. Also, only one battleship has not been named for a state. What are those two exceptions?
