Got mine today and read the article by al and gretchen. Very good article. Went in the tying room and attempted to tie some water walkers. Guess this is one fly I will not use.
Look at the Red Wobbler in there. I was able to attend a tie-in even locally here where Ward Bean came and joined us. He tied that for us and one called Beaner’s Baitfish that is planned for a future issue. They both show a lot of promise on the Bass, crappie and gills so far this year, and there is still ice on 98% of the water close by!!
