flys for flounder

This is an interesting discussion. I have a 7 wt and I know we have populations of winter flounder in the area (Massachusetts). What type of structures and depth do I fish to catch these fish? Where are there good populations along the MA shore?

In Florida we find them on sandy bottoms in areas that have good grass flats close by and strong tidal flow. They are ambush predators so tidal flow is very important.
