I will host a Flymph swap.
All interested parties please register below.
I will close entries on 24th January.
Flies to be received by me in UK by Feb 28th
Standard Swap Rules will apply, submit one fly for each tier eg 20 tiers you tie twenty flies & you get back a FULL set.
Any Questions ?
Roy
I tie and use a pattern here in Colorado that has Brown hen hackle tail, muskrat body, and Brown hen hackle collar. By the descriptions I have read on the Internet it is a “flymph”. If you accept this as a “flymph”, I would love to participate in this swap.
Re: closing date - FEB 28th
Type of fly - if your trout think it’s a fly in transition between nymph and hatched fly, its a flymph. I wont argue with that
Well Roy, as I have already stated elswhere that flymphs(?) are one of my favourites.
I should like to partake.
Don’t know what I’ll tie yet.
Maybe a flymph version of McCaskie’s Green Cat.
I’ve got a dozen of these ready to go. well almost. I don’t have toe tags done yet. plus a little extra. should I mail them off? do you anticipate any more participants? how about our smallstreams amigos from the uk?
