Fly of the week question...

I was just wondering… how are the flies of the week chosen, even though it probobaly says it somewhere on the site, I am havning trouble finding it. Correct me if I am wrong, but do people just send in the pattern, and do the moderators chose the nicest looking fly, or do the modorators have a certian person that finds flies, and posts them on there. If what i thought was incorrect, a nice little addition, would be once a month, a person is chosen with their pattern and it is posted, but ofcourse the person would have to have a camera because it is nice to have step by step instructions, some flies are hard to figure out just by looking at it.

tye your fly takeing picture of each step and the finished fly. then set down wright out how, why you use the fly and the tyeing steps then submit it to foal by emailing JC. If they like you have a fly of the week.
