Rick, that looks pretty cool! What material are you using for the body? I watched a guy demonstrate tonight with floss. It was my first time seeing it, and I’m really interested to try this style out!
This was tied wdith embroidery thread. I also use punch yarn to do these and soft hackle fly bodies.

I was at that same demonstration. He tied it on a 14 hook. Amazing! He had a large spider he had tied that was real enough to scare Miss Muffet into next week.

Tried that fly out on trout of all things this weekend and managed to catch one
