I just subscribed over the phone and the gal made no mention of it. Granted I didn’t ask. Perhaps it was because I only subscribed for one year?

I would suggest you just call them…[see sponsors list]…their 800 # is…1 800 541 9498… 1 503 653 2766 fax… you will probably get Veronica…tell her what you want …maybe you can pick a book[s] over the phone or she can send you a broshure…
