Fly Fishing and Tying books

I have a ton of Fly Fishing and Tying books that I don’t read much any more. I could sell them, but I thought I’d ask here if anyone knows of a non-profit organization that promotes fly fishing and tying that might like to expand their lending library. If you do know of one, please PM the information to me. I’ll contact them, and I’ll even pay the shipping charges. I’d much rather see these books get used and enjoyed than to sit on my bookshelf until my kids finally have to figure out what to do with all the stuff I have accumulated.

Thanks and hopefully I will hear from someone here on FAOL that knows of a good organization that could use them.

Livingston Park-Country Library has a badly outdated FF special collection that could use some fresh blood, and it sees more tourist traffic and therefore circulation than you might think.

Thank you for the heads-up. I will contact them. That said, some of my books are also fairly dated but are considered old standbys by many. I’ll see what I have that would be useful to them.

Thanks for the input from everyone. I shipped off about 50 books and still have a good number of saltwater books on fly tying and flyfishing. I guess, I’ll sell these off. I will also be posting them for sale on a FB page related to saltwater fly fishing, so let me know soon Please let me know if you are interested in getting a list of the books I have available.
