Florida fish-in

Fresh WATER, Harold that would be sacrileges. I can?t believe Pirates would compromise their sea legs. You mean you figured out away for me to Land a fish at a fish-in. Na. Nice to have you chime in Harold.

Hope all is gooing well

Philip

To all,

Thank you for the replies, I am enlightened to the concept of a fish-in now. I will make plans to attend and await the final details.

Fish while you can, Andrew

oh man, i’m so excited about this fish-in that i can hardly stand it!

i caught my first saltwater fish on the fly rod the other day (am i an official pirate now?) and i can’t wait until i get to do it again. it’s been too cold up here by tallahassee, so i’m eagerly waiting for the weather to warm up, or for the fish-in.

Prospects not looking good for me guys with a mix of work and home commitments.

Never say never though. ;o)

I have a special rate for my guide service at the Venice Holiday Inn. To help this worthy endeavor you’re all working so hard to put on, I’d like to make it available to you folks. Call 941-485-5411 and tell them you’re entitled to the Tight Loops Fly Fishing special rate. It’s a pretty significant savings, and the Venice Avenue boat ramp is less than five minutes away.

You can get regularly updated fishing reports for this area–including Charlotte Harbor,Pine Island Sound, and Lemon Bay from my web site [url=http://www.tightloopsflyfishing.com:7fa85]www.tightloopsflyfishing.com[/url:7fa85]

Tight Loops,

If you miss the fish-in let us know when you will be able and we just might throw a mini fish-in for you…

We need to teach your equipment how to fish florida water.

Harold

Before teaching the equipment, read about the way to teach the equipment by studying the best: Fisherman’s Coast by Aaron J. Adams. He works on Pine Island-Charlotte Harbor and is probably the foremost authority on the area! Had to go through the book 2 times to get all the fly patterns he uses even after reading it; then the equipment will catch all the fish you desire no matter where you are around here !

Hello to All, I will make the 06 Fl.Fish-In. I will arrive on the 2nd and depart late on the 4th. Staying 2 nights at the Veranda(just booked)!. I will be bringing up the new 06’MV Model Custom Gheenoe and also can do some casting and tying classes if anyone likes. As usual I will offer some equipment to “attendees only” at near dealer costs. Fly rods, reels, lines, etc. If you are stuck for equipment email me at miamivise@earthlink.net and use Fish-In as the subject to get thru the spam blocker! I look forward to seeing everyone and having a great time as we did in 2004! Sorry, I missed the festivities last year! Best Fishes, Mike

Get signed up!!!

This Fish-In is already shaping up real nice. Capt Tony offering nice discounts on his guide services and Mikemv doing the same with fly fishing gear.

Harold,
I will have to bring some English rods n reels next time instead of relying on that defective American stuff ;o) Perhaps your fish would like something with an English accent?

It’s a mystery, as it all seems to work so perfectly in the UK, just likes it over here I guess.

I know it is the equipment, I have seen you fish. You just keep coming and we will figure out the fix.

Maybe we could get you some cheap stuff to learn the Florida fishing language. It might just be the way you hold your mouth. It could be all the gadgets you have on the vest.

But I really think it is because you left the beautiful wife and that wonderful boy at home. You did notice my wife was with me the whole time… I truly think couples that fish together have more fun.
