Years ago, I had 2 Float N Tote fly rod holders for my Wood River tube & loved 'em. Apparently, they are no longer made, but I am hoping to find a used one (or 2) in good shape. They were light, not bulky, & adjusted easily from vertical to horizontal facing forward or back. While I am not closed to the Scotty rod holder, I had used the Float N Totes & they met my wants/needs perfectly.
Hopefully, someone has one or two they’ll sell.

Mike:
As you already found out, Nick Batistic of Hookset Innovations is no longer in business. I realize you are after a Float N Tote but even though I was a big fan of Nick’s creations, (I use his Anchor Cleat) and had occasion to talk with him a few times, I use a Scotty.
But what I did was create my own version of a TWO rod holder with the appropriate Scotty hardware which requires the strap on float tube base, two extra base mounts and a third part I ordered from Scotty. Throw in a piece of flat aluminum stock, and a little bench work drilling & tapping and the end result is a two rod holder that I can use with two fly rods, two spinning or baitcasting rods or any combination of the three. It swivels 360 degrees, adjusts up and down to any angle and both rods are on one side of the tube WAY above the water level.
While it’s not a light rod holder by any means, it is great and allows me to have both rods at the ready while freeing up the other side of the boat to attach other nonsense like a cooler! Here’s a picture of my Gliderider with the rod holder attached, (BTW - no apologies that those are NOT fly rods in there ):
If you come up empty on the Float N Totes and are interested in making up what I am using, PM me and I’ll explain the building process in a little more detail.
This one has worked quite well for me…actually have two…very convenient and the price is right…if interested I can look up details.
