i tie flies for my friends here in SoCal for the surf and i didnt believe any of them when they caught slabs on wooly buggers on a size 2-6 sproat hook
That grizzley hackle bugger is the same pattern I used to catch a 20 inch bass last summer. Of course now it’s one of my favorites
