fishing the Big Horn in late March

I have an opportunity to fish the Big Horn in Montana in late March. What’s it and the weather like that time of the year? What kind of fly fishing should I expect to do and what flies would you recommend?

March avg. high 54, low 28, precip 1.39 in.
Sowbugs, scuds, midges for sure. Probably some Baetis. Hell it’s “The Horn” it’ll be GREAT!!!
