Fish Soup

With things the way they are I have had to do all the cooking. While looking through the computer I came across a simple recipe for fish soup I think is real good and others who have tried it agree. Here it is with my modifications.

Ingredients:

About 3/4 lb of fish fillet, Crappie, bass, perch, gills, whatever.
2 large potatos
1/2 of a large onion
1 cup celery
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use low sodium)
1 tbs butter

How to cook:

Peel spuds and cut into bite size.
Peel onion, wipe tears from eyes and cut into bite size
cut celery into bite size

Place celery, onion, spuds & mixed veggies in a medium sized suacepan, cover with water and let it boil until spuds & onions are done.

Take fish fillets, chop into bite size and throw them into the pot along with the mushroom soup & the butter. Let that cook for about 20 minute.

Season with pepper & salt to taste.

Makes enough for about 4 servings.

Sounds good, always lookin for recipes to give me an excuse to get at them gills.
