Well its about over for steelhead and lake run browns so I switched into my inland mode. I fished our little spring creek here in Caledonia where Seth Green started it all. The spring creek here feeds the hatchery as it did way back when he first started the hatchery but the stream is all natural reproduction with no stockers. There are some brookies mixed in with the browns but I didn’t manage to catch any yesterday. I had a great time and landed 7 nice little brownies on a Bonbrite which is a local tie. Here are a few of them for your viewing pleasure. I always love the vibrant colors of these guys.
