I was leaving the office late Friday and as I always do I checked
my FAOL and saw a note from a fellow angler from Oregon
supporting Happy Hearts camp. He had made a generous offer to let the camp have
some equipment he had not use in a while. Quite secondary to the intent of this post

I made a mental note when I go back to reply and give thanks for the words of support and the offer,
but I can not locate the posted comment anywhere, so if you are listening to this :

The equipment offer [u]surely is appreciated[/u] and [u]never solicited[/u]
[u]or expected[/u], [u]our camp is a not done for dollar adventure,[/u] sure at some point
our Happy Heart friends will need to supply their own bed roll and goodies to 
share.
But, with this said; 
Please know that your post may be misplaced but your kindness is not forgotten....  
Should we hook up again a camp tool is waiting for you.. [b]Just because...[/b]

Hey Steve, that post was probably mine. I made you an offer of a couple rods I don’t really use anymore for your camp. After I posted it I got to thinking that maybe I should have just sent you a PM rather than a reply to your post. So I deleted it and was going to send you a PM and then found out you do not recieve PM’S. I was going to post the offer again when I got home yesterday from steelhead fishing and got involved with something else and forgot about it. With that all said ,the offer for the rods still stands. I think what you are doing is a wondeful thing and if I can help out by letting you have a couple rods to share with kids just say the word and they will be sent out to you.

You hold on to those rods until the camp gates swing open.
