How much are they and are they still available?
follow this thread, Betty is the one who had them made as a fundraiser a year or so ago, she is looking into a second round of hats if her source can make them for a reasonable cost.

I doubt Betty is giving them out. Exchanging them for hard currency, I can see that. These hats cost money to produce.
