You will have to go to [url=http://www.yahoo.com/:578e5]http://www.yahoo.com/[/url:578e5] and then click on “groups”. You will then have to input “WarmwaterAngler” in the “Find a Group” search bar to find the group and then provide a Yahoo ID and password to sign in and join the group. You can either sign in and visit regularly or you can have the option to get the e-mail (list) from the group without having to visit Yahoo.
Confusing, ain’t it? Just sign up at Yahoo like I said in the first paragraph and don’t fret about the second group. See you on the list. If you have any problems, shoot me an e-mail and I’ll try to help you out.
Here is the post and reply from Elmer on the Yahoo list group concerning the Jars of Flies.
<BLOCKQUOTE><font size=“1” face=“Verdana, Arial”>quote:</font><HR>Robert,
Thanks for letting me know. As stated on the home page, I switch
web host providers. I had to do some tweaking to see how it worked. I had
to up load everything from my computer to the new host. The Jars of Flies
were in the worry folder. Tonight I after 30 minutes, I think that
everything is alright. You may have refresh the pages.
Cheers,
Elmer

Yep, I get so dependant on a number of websites being available, that I almost go nuts when one isn’t. The ones that really affect me when they go AWOL for a bit are FAOL, Hans site and Elmer’s site. I would be in dire straights if something were to happen to them.
I’ve continued fishing the lake I refered to above post. Fish remain in the channels and very active. The small popper bite has held up very well but colour preference has switched to yellow. However, my catch is almost all redear for the last two weeks or so. I’ve never caught so many redears on poppers! Fished Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and will be heading up this afternoon [it’s REALLY, REALLY tough being retired!!]. This may be the last day tho - frost warning out for tonight and highs are 50’s and very low 60’s for more than a week. The water has already slipped near the mid 60’s. That may drive the fish out of the channels and flats. Hey, maybe Indian Summer??!!??
