Extra Line for salt water question

Hi Everyone,
we are preparing for our long awaited trip to Tampa/St.Pete area to visit our son and I am thinking that maybe I should have a mini sink tip as well as a wf/f. I already have the reel loaded with the 10wf/f and thinking that an extra spool might be a wise investment.

I would welcome your suggestions on this. Rod is a Tfo/ TiCr 9ft/10wt and the reel is the Cabela’s SR/3. Line is a Mastery SW taper 10wt/wf-f.

I am thinking that either a Mastery SW wet tip express in wf-f/s 6ips or the Mastery wet tip clear which claims to have a slower sinking rate might work. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Bringing a sink tip on an extra spool can’t hurt.

Surface temp is around 88 degrees. Fish are looking for a cooler place. A sink tip might just find a fish or two. We do have some water here that is over 6 foot deep. Not much but a some. Take that sink tip and fish around some of the bridges and you might just find a fish or two.
