No recipe but a picture here http://www.nervouswaterhawaii.com/default.asp?nc=14&id=151 I sent an e-mail to the shop requesting the recipe. These folks replied and are willing to post the recipe and how to on their web site if anyone is interested. Let me know.
in my edition of perraults it says (in the streamer section page 434)
wilson’s special n/a 6-12
in the trout section it har 2 flies wilson’s trout fly and wilson’s trout killer (page 282)
fish flies by terry hellekson has a few more recipes by a man named wilson who tied with one hand but the wilson special is not in there.
the emailer should have given you more info. origins, are of the country etc etc etc

I’ll confirm that with Clay. The shop is in Hawaii. I’ll post a link when it is available. His Wilson’s Streamer is an interesting pattern even if it is not the Wilson’s Special.
