If you want to work backwards on an Elkhorn rod in regards to quality…take a look at the case it comes in…extreme quality and the rod isn’t bad either. I like my 9 ft 2 piece #5 graphite Western. I have loaned it to quite a few of my friends when we are out fishing together. Not one had a complaint and one almost “mistakenly” put it in his truck…Hey buddy, you seen my Elkhorn?
