Elk

Here are pictures of two white bull elk. They were taken along the Logan River in Utah. I can’t vouch for the authenticity.

Albinism is quite rare in big game animals. To see two together is extremely rare. It’s against the law to hunt them in Washington State and many other states I would wager. They have no natural camouflage except for the deepest Winter. In all my years of hunting, I’ve only seen one albino deer.

I’m guessing, and rest assured it’s only a guess, that any time you see two albino wild animals together that they are siblings from the same gene pool. (twins)
