CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) – Turns out No. 3 Southern California was vulnerable.
Oregon State capitalized on four turnovers to upset the Trojans 33-31 on Saturday, snapping USC’s 27-game Pac-10 winning streak and breaking the national championship race wide open.

Iowa won. But hey, they played N.Illonis…Indiana beat the Spartans bad. Michign and Ohio won. Illonis scared Wisconsin. Pen beat Purdue and of course the Irish hammered Navy. All in a days work. Michigan plays Ball State next week…wouldn’t that be an upset…Ball State 104 Mich 3. You can tell I am still a Husky at heart even living here in Michigan.
Well, you may have to wait a few years…or is that coach really that good ?

I’m glad the Huskies are better this year. When they played the Ducks last year they put me to sleep by halftime. I am very concerned about Stanford! Did the Nerds take over?

Yeah, we had the game on in the shop today. I’m not a big football guy but it was pretty cool to hear them win against the Trojans for the first time since Eizenhower was in office.
