Don't say permit

The way my first born is acting this week I might trade him for a PERCH on a worm LOL not realy. Never caught a Muski on a fly and I have an IMX mega 15-17 I would like to bend on a Marlin.

Tarpon and Bonefish.

Taimen and a blue fin tuna (but need a bigger vise to tie whole bunny patterns).
Then again, I could go down to the Potomac and set the world record for a snakehead on fly rod (any size snakehead will do, there is a slot in the IGFA records with no fish reported taken).

Before I check out I’d like to land a large tarpon as well as a decent sized roosterfish on my 9 wt.

Salt- I’d settle for some kind of shark
Fresh- Gator gar. I know it will happen, it’s only a matter of time.

Fresh Water- Grayling of some sort (European or Arctic) or some sort of cutthroat trout
Salt Water- Anything really…bonz, tarpon, tuna, etc.

“GET THE DRIFT?”

Fresh water: Pike

Salt: Tarpon

50 inch plus Muskie,
Tarpon for salt
Jeff

Fresh = Artic grayling , I once hooked one but it decided to leave that place .

Salt = Tarpon on a fly .

Oh , and for Marco . You only have to fish the Queen Charlotte Islands to get salt water that moves . The tides can be 32 feet high . Believe me that is water that moves . There is a saying in the islands . “Hide behind the trees to bait the hook .”

salt (although in no hurry) would be a chinook

fresh - 10lb+ lake trout … matter of time …

Friends:

Someone said they’d like to catch shark. I caught 6 with a friend of mine and a guide in the FLA keys. It wasn’t that nice because the shark doesn’t really fight you much. Then getting them on the boat is a bit dangerous. (rope lasso around the tail…) Of course we released them all after the fotos, but from what I hear Tarpon would be a whole 'nother story.
