This week, if it’s been more than a year, make your annual appointment for your mammogram, et el, (ladies) or your PSA/prostate exam (guys). The ones you love, and love you, deserve it!

It's so easy to put off those checkups.
The wife and I see a husband and wife team
of practicioners and they never let us slide.G I get my PSA twice yearly and
last week while in for something else, my
Doc said lets check it while your here.
Came up suspect and I have an appointment
with the specialist this afternoon.
Hopefully, nothing of any great concern,
but early detection can make all the
