Directions to PA Fish-In?

Okay, so my friend and I should be able to get down to the Fish-In for a day on Friday. We’d like to get there early enough for the breakfast, stay all day and evening so we could meet you guys, talk a little and get to fish with some of you. Would someone offer directions to the main area where you’ll be breakfasting and what time we should show up? We’ll be coming down from Corning, NY.

Thanks

Deezel

Happy Acres is on Little Pine Creek Rd. Look for this sign:

If you get to Waterville on Rt.44, you went too far. When you enter the gravel road up to the campground, the lodge is just ahead off to the right, beyond the swimming pool.

And remember the motto of the PA Fish-In:
“Geez, I hope you’re hungry!”
If you’re there by 6am, you’ll be in good shape. By 7am, everyone is pretty much done with breakfast and heading out to fish. At 8am, the lodge will be deserted (not to be confused with “desserted” - another famous PA Fish-In tradition).

Go to “Fish-In” on the main page. Select PA Fish In. From that full write-up you can go to their website. Here is one of the links. You should be able to get there without getting lost or needing more help. A little know fact, we often provide this kind of free information on "Fish-In"s.

Thanks. Appreciate the information. Unfortunately, the Happy Acre Lodge site had directions from 3/4 of the compass but not from the north. We’ll figure it out and will get there early enough to join in.

Couple a ways of coming south to the campgrounds. This is the shortest and most scenic.
Pick up US 15 and head south to Tioga. Pick up 287 and travel south on 287 to Wellsboro. Take 287 to English center and turn west(right) along Little Pine Creek and go till you come to the Campgrounds. Look for signs that tell you Litle Pine State park and Happy Acres campground. Now the camgrounds will be on your right side.

Big daddy,

That sounds easy and direct enough. Thanks.
