Difference between T&T Horizon and H IIs?

Anybody have a chance to compare the two models side by side? I have an 8wt and 6wt Horizon and am looking to get a 9 or 10wt. I don’t have a local shop around that carries them to test so I’ll make a trip. But until then, I’m looking for some opinions.

Hi there.
On another bb someone mailed the T&T and asked about the difference between Helix and Horison
The answer came right back (note it’s Horison, not Horison II or at least I think that)

Dear Sir-
Both rod Series are classified as fast-action rods. The Helix has the butt strength of Horizon with a more supple tip.

The question as to what is the difference between the T&T Horizon and the Horizon II lies in their construction. The Horizon series was replaced by the Horizon II, with the primary difference being in the use of T&T’s BAFT (Bi-Angular Fiber Technology) in the Horizon II. This technology is supposed to reduce the effect of “ovalizing” of the blank when it flexes, thereby making it stronger and more powerful. I’ve cast the Horizon series 905-4, and liked it so much, I bought a Horizon II. They feel pretty much the same to me - FAST. The Horizon II doesn’t like the “half size heavier” lines like Rio Grand or Sci Ang GPX. In fact, after trying many different lines on it, I feel it performs best with Hook & Hackle’s WF5F line. Imagine that - a $700 rod that likes a $35 fly line! That’s just fine with me, as I really like that H&H line. Here’s a picture of my combo:
