well over the last 2 weeks when I’ve had time to try I have messed up 5-6 furled leaders. well finally got it figured out (I made a jig about 5 years ago, but lost the recipe). the ones I made before weren’t awesome, but turned out well enough to be funcational.
well - need a little more trial & error, but I turned out some some pretty decent ones.
moral of the story didn’t get anything done around the house like I wanted to, ran out of time, and now it’s about time to go fishing. I’m taking my daughter out for the 2nd time, and we have her setup with her own box etc. she has been tying also, and understands she is going to have to restock her own fly box…
should be a fun afternoon.
