Thank God. Thanks to all of you for your support. We did this together. Turns out what the doctor thought was a lesion was the beginning of a very, very bad strep infection. Never thought I’d be glad to hear someone had a strep infection! The infection had caused a raised, discolored spot on the roof of her mouth. Given her family history of cancer it really raised the alarm bells but the doctor is pleased to see her responding to antibiotics.
She is one very sick lady right now but she is going to be O.K. Unless she keeps getting on my nerves. I cannot express how relieved we are. We are deeply grateful to all of you for your well wishes, prayers and messages. This FAOL family of ours is the absolute best there is! Thank you!
Eric,
Sorry to hear Amy is still under the weather, but the news is great!
We are praying for a fast recovery, which should be easy…after all, she can put up with the Nighthawk!
God Bless,
Mike
I am so glad Eric, give Amy a big hug , she has been thru a lot.
I beat the big C way back in 1973 and I know how hard the wait for results can be on a person. Your news has made my day.
I sure never thought I’d ever see someone say " Yay for strep" on here but in this case it is indeed good news.
