Delaware Adams Dry

I read about the Delaware Adams Dry Fly for the first time. I never new there was such a pattern. It’s fully hackled from body to thorax unlike the traditional style I know. Can anyone shed some light on this pattern? Was it tied for rough water or to imitate a caddis fly? Do any of you have it as part of your arsenal?

Like Sonny I was not familiar with a Delaware Adams. I did some googling and found this:

In addition another site said the Delaware version was made for rougher water.

Thanks for the link, Chuck. For some reason I just love this fly. It looks as though it is fluttering about even in a still photo.
