hook - Mustad 94840 #10
thread - Danville 6/0 black
rib - oval tinsel gold
body - dubbing rear - olive, front - bright green
body hackle - grizzly dyed olive
wing - hen pheasant
front hackle - brown

Part 1

mash barb, start thread at 3/4 mark; tie in rib, wrap to bend

dub thread, dub body to 1/2 mark

repeat with bright green to 3/4 mark

tie in hackle, palmer to bend

rib body thru hackle; tie off/trim

Part 2

trim hackle tip and give everything the Velcro once-over

prepare wing slips

measure (tips to bend), fold, tie in/trim

tie in (folded) hackle by tip

wrap hackle, sweeping fibers back, tie off/trim, whip finish, SHHAN
