If I am not mistaken, it now is illegal for an American citizen to buy cuban cigars in ANY country. How they will enforce it is beyond me, but that is what I read in one of the cigar mags
Epo… my guide, and good friend for my time there was Juanito Araguez. He couldn’t do more to make my trip unforgettable.
If anyone does make it down that way… look him up. You won’t just have a top guide, but a friend for life. Photo above is Orlando, my boatman for the trip, and Juanito on the right.

You may be right. But I agree, it would
be hard to enforce after the evidence went
up in smoke.G I plied Carribian waters
for more than a decade on seagoing tugs.
It was my custom to enjoy a Montecristo most
evenings after dinner while watching the
spectacular sunsets. They were pretty easy

i suggest a bunch of us meet in miami, get on a rickety raft, and float to cuba to fish. hell, lots of cubans did that to get here~!
