Just had my first “Major” crash. I lost everything on my hard drive. I did have an external hard drive as a back up but didn’t get everything on it. I lost all of my e-mail addresses, all of my favorite web sites but fortunately I am back on here. I could learn to hate computers real quick.:evil:
I am glad that you had most things backed up, I didnt last year when it happened to me.
One tip is to use a google or yahoo email address, then youre email is the same no matter what computer or internet supplier. and you never loose your email addresses

I’ve had three crashes in the last four years. Never, ever, ever do I have everything backed up. It’s one big hassle. Sorry you had that unfortunate situation. 8T
