Now, is that actual stuffing or dressing?
i stuffed the bird with my own special stuffing.
Very nice. Where I come from, there is a large Portugese presents so I take a spicy sausage called chourice and mix it with the bread, onions, peppers and celery for the stuffing or dressing, what ever I decide(I normally like dressing better but, stuffing I think stays more moist) and it adds a great texture and spice and helps keep the dressing moist with the juice from the sausage.
