Freestyle Friday; octopus-ish. Looks like I didn’t shake the bottle of Rit Wine very well; much redder than normal. The tail yarn was labeled ‘Bright Orange’, but when I combed it out, it was much more of a golden yellowish/orange, which is nice.

body hackles - dyed copper olive (4 Tsp Rit Golden Yellow, 1/2 Tsp Rit Camel/1 cup water)/claret (1Tbs Rit Wine/1 cup water)
1st shoulder - golden pheasant body feather yellow
2nd shoulder - chukar dyed claret
