Central Washington Fish-In 2005

The dates for the CWFI have been set, May 6,
7, 8th. Place: Ephrata Washington - main base, the city owned and managed campground,
The Oasis Park. Fishing is local ‘pothole’ lakes and the big ‘star’ Rocky Ford Creek. Totally C&R with huge rainbow trout, (no wading), this is an opportunity to catch a ‘lifetime’ trout.

There is a page up, and a “going list” here: [url=http://www.flyanglersonline.com/travel/cwfishin2005/index.html:3c36a]http://www.flyanglersonline.com/travel/cwfishin2005/index.html[/url:3c36a]

JC and I hope you will join us for a great time - EVERYONE is welcome.

Cool cool. The 7th is my birthday too. Add me to the I’m Going List.

Man, I was really hoping to go to that this year. Unfortunately I’m going to be out of town that weekend. I’m not leaving until friday afternoon, though, so if anybody is going to be around in the morning on the 6th, I’d sure like to try and meet some folks at least.

Yahoo! Add Vickie and I to the going list for sure, and we are bringing another couple with us that are just getting into fly fishing. Should be a nother great trip.

Hi , I live in BC and might be able to get away for the CWFI this May , I used to moto cross in the Moses lake sand dunes and have been to sun lakes , dry falls , banks , lenore , soap lakes area a lot. It is only
4 1/2 hours drive from here . I will not know if I can make it till near the 1st of May , is there a problem if I just show up ?

No problem, but if you plan on camping you might want to make reservations when you do know so at least you end up near the rest of the group.

Isn’t there a caddis hatch that weekend? Somewhere else I mean.

The Mother’s Day hatch is overrated…Rocky has really big fish S How’s the dog
Benjo?

I can hardly wait, this is the greatest fish-in. Hope to see you all there.

Time to start thinking seriously about the CWFI! JC and I can’t wait - wish we were there now…but we look forward to seeing everyone soon.
