Sitting around watching it snow & blow. Tied a few flies and then saw a ziplock bag that contained the CDC from one whitfront goose I bagged a while back. Decided to count the number of CDC feathers from that one goose. My tally was 87 feathers of various types.

Just had a thought, strictly speaking I don’t think the correct
terminology is CdC, the last C is for Canard, french for duck, I think.
Can’t remember what the french for goose is.
