Just an update, just purchased the CD’s, CD Envelopes, CD Labels, Mailing Envelopes, Mailing Labels.
Was a little delayed until waiting on some money being deposited in my checking account. But the wait will be worth it. The CD has the Updated Fly of the Week (all 9 Volumes), Just Old Flies (updated with the “and stuff” articles included, Ronn Lucas’s Dressing Salmon Flies, Marv Taylors fly patterns and articles(from Fly Fishing Lakes), Fly Tying Terms, Knots, and Al Campbell’s Fly Tying Series (Beginner’s - Intermediate - Advance) plus Al’s “Too Simple Flies”.
Adobe 6.0 Download is also on the CD, as these files are in Adobe format.
I have 156 members from last year that will have their updated CD’s mailed out first. As this is a large workload, I will be posting the names of members when their CD’s are mailed.
After all CD’s are mailed I will be ready to handle any members with their 1st time requests (who will be added to next years advance shipment list). In the meantime please do not post here as I will be using this to update mail lists.
As alway freewill donations accepted to help cover cost. Any money that exceed cost, will be donated to the Al Campbell Memorial Bench or sent to FAOL for other endeavors. It is not my intention or purpose, to profit in anyway by this CD offer.

When you receive the CD, the mailing envelope will have a return address (the back of the CD case also has my return address), if you wish to send a free will donation to cover cost. I do not expect donations from those outside the USA. The cost of money orders or other payments is too much. I just ask that those members “Pay Forward”, in some other way, in their own area. You could burn copies of the CD you recieve, and pass on the weath of knowledge. The information is in Adobe PDF, as such, it can not be altered. Included on the CD, is a download of Adobe 6.0 Reader. I know there is a newer version (Adobe 7.0) reader download, but 6.0 will also work.

I did not realize that they were not here at the house when I went looking for them last Saturday night. I did not even know that there was an updated version on its way here until I opened the mailbox this afternoon. What you are doing is a wonderful benefit to all of the members here, and an absolutely wonderful service to Al’s memory and contributions. Expect a donation soon!!
My list is incomplete, as I use all saved emails from last years CD run. I realize that there are some that slipped through the cracks.
I also had to upgrade to a new computer and some of the information is probably still on my old computer, that is in need of a new CPU cooling fan, before it becomes my fly shop computer.
I have a new system where the automatic list (which I just initiated this year) will have all new requests added to next years advance run on FAOL 2007 Fly Patterns and more. So if I missed you I will be ready to start the mailing on new requests in a day or so. The mailings outside the USA require custom declarations, and have to presented to a window clerk at the local post office. So these CD’s take a little more effort.
I have purchased enough CD’s, CD sleeves, CD Labels, Mailing labels, Mailing Envelopes; to do 300 CD’s. So with the advance run, that leaves about 140 CD’s available for the next Posting in a couple of days.
I have kept the cost down, the total expense of each CD for inside the USA (including postage) $1.32 per CD. I do not know what Canada or the other countries will cost, but total production and mailing should not run over $2.00 per CD.
For those in Canada or other countries, just “Pay Forward”, and you will have covered the cost of the CD.
