Just for the sake of those that may be looking for hooks there is a seller on eBay dumping a ton of 3907B Mustads in sizes 2-12.

I bought some 3907A 2s from them a few months ago and did not realize how much stuff they have. I had been led to believe they were almost “out” and the 3907A-size 2s I bought were the last 500 they had. And they probably were the last As they had. The B version is quite a bit heavier, but the As are very light wire.

The seller combines shipping on items and the previous purchase I made went real well… 500 rare hooks in boxes for 11.99 shipped… The linked lot is dirt cheap with free shipping…

I have no love for ebay (quite the contrary) and no connection to the seller aside from having bought hooks once and I bid on and bought some 3907B size 4s last night. I also bid on a few more lots that will close today while I am giving boat maneuvering lessons…

3,900 of their hooks were on my doorstep yesterday when I got home from fishing. :slight_smile:

Like Cold I have ordered quite a few hooks from them. They are selling old old stock Mustad hooks which I find to be satisfactory. However one word of caution. If you decide to order from them make sure the hook is the size you want regardless of what the box says. I bought some 14’s that are much smaller. They provide a picture of the hook with measurements. Be carelful.

these may be mislabeled but size 10 dry fly hooks are not 1 1/2 inches long
