Can you Identify these Rods? Better picture now

I have tried to log on or re-register on Clarks board and am having trouble and e-mails bounced back so I will try here.

I have these two rods given to me originally from Nova Scotia area.
Both are in need of some Ferrule and guide repair/replacement.
From the pictures and the partial logo, can anyone tell me anything about the rods before I strip them down?
Thanks for you help.

Duffin,

Still need better pics these are too small. You also flipped the rods in some of the pics. You need to add pics of the reelseats, ferrules and grips.

The rod with the Green Varigated thread wraps looks to me to be a Japanese made rod. One of those rods made during the WW2 era. By the shape of the reelseat it looks like you can flip the handle and make it a casting rod. There should be another tip for baitcasting with that rod. Instead of a rod tube that rod should have come in a balasm wood box. None of these are worth.

Not sure what the rod with the red wraps might be.
