I just got back into a house this past spring… sure is nice to put up your feet in the evening, look around you … and know it’s really yours!!!
Congrats on the home purchase Mao. It’s a wonderful investment.
Now’s THE time to forgo that new boat/truck etc. Put some $$ towards paying off the back end of the loan for “awhile”. You don’t have to do it forever, just as long as you can!
You know how interest works by now…it’ll be one of your better investments.
A couple of guys told me that when I first got into my home and it took me a couple of reminders but when they showed me the arithmetic it made all the sense in the world. Glad I listened. It saved us thousands…
