Cajun Line

The Cajun line …red…claims to become almost invisible when it’s down to about three feet…

Anyone know if this is true?
Would it make a good leader line[tippet]…sort of like fluorocarbon?

Or a section to act as an indicator?

Is it supple or stiff?

Anyone with any experience with it?

My fishing partner loaded his spinning reels with it. I tried his outfit a couple of times. To me the stuff seemed kinda stiff for my preference, was not as visible to my eye as I figured it would be, but when used as the terminal leader (6 lb), the gills didn’t seem to be adverse to it.

Not much of a reply. Tim Anderson

Red is the first color that disappears underwater, blue is the last. This is in reference to depth. In other words, blue is visible deeper than any other color, and red washes out soonest.
