From the front door to the cash register this store really has it’s act together! The guys in the fly shop are really outstanding! I put poor Ron in the fly shop through his paces today picking out my small stream outfit and he hit a home run!
Great Patience, highly knowledgeable and just a darned nice guy. He even invited me to go small mouth fishing with him this summer. You just cannot beat great one on one customer service like that. These folks do it every time I visit their store. 
i havent had a bad encounter with them yet, which is more than i can say for the Harrisburg Bass Pro.

I had the same experience when I bought a starter outfit for my nephew before Christmas; ideas, suggestions and patience abound.
I emailed the manager and the Cabela’s boys to let them know how pleased I was. That store has great staff!
Ditto on the Hamburg store. I have had nothing but good experience there, and same for catalog and (slightly out of) warranty claims as well. They have been nothing but a class act for me. I will be making a pilgrimage up there next month with gift certs burning a hole in my pocket, and hope I make it out of there without a second mortgage! LOL I have never seen a store for the outdoorsman as well stocked - I’m kind of glad they are not closer if you know what I mean!!
