Called in an order last Friday for my upcoming fishing trip and they said it would be here by this Friday. That would give me plenty of time to warn the wife. But no, it shows up on Tuesday. Now I have to scramble to explain that I spent more money on fishing supplies. If I wanted it that quick I would have spent the extra $$ to have it rushed. They always seem to do this to me!!

you know, real customer service would be providing a drop box somewhere so we could pick up this equipment with our spouses being none the wiser.
I’ll volunteer to be the shipping point to anyone in the Nebraska or Iowa area with this problem.
Of course I will take my 10% fee for this service, so order extra!

Ummmm not that i would know this from personal experience … lol … but you can request to pick it up at ups depot and have them call a cell phone upon arrival
