Just started throwing stuff on the hook with no particular idea in mind. Not as much contrast between the body hackle and shoulder as I was hoping for.
hook - WFC Model 6 #10
thread - Uni 8/0 fire orange
butt - Orvis saltwater thread fluoro orange/resin
tail - pheasant tail
rib - small wire gold
body - bleached Australian possum dyed burnt orange (3 Tsp Rit Golden Yellow, 1/8 Tsp Rit Cocoa Brown/1 cup water)
body hackle - golden olive (2 Tsp Rit Golden Yellow, 1/4 Tsp Rit Camel/1 cup water)
1st shoulder - golden pheasant body feather red
2nd shoulder - chukar dyed burnt orange
