Does anyone here have any thoughts on the book Tying Small Flies by Engle?
I’ve been meaning to start tying some smaller patterns and looking for a decent reference to help out the process.

Yup, it’s a great book, not only on patterns, but tools, materials and technique as well. Money well spent IMHO.

no substitute for experience and proper materials though. just do it.
