I screwed up the reel seat on the new rod I was building. Eded up really messing up one part of it.
Contacted Bob and Hook and Hackle and he not only found what I needed, only off the invoice date, but is replacing it free for me. He states that I am a good customer.
Bob has done the same for me in the past.
Last year upon breaking a second blank, he overnighted a new one to me. No questions asked. Plenty of time to build the rod before my trip
On another occasion, he sent me two reel seats by mistake. When I called him about it, he told me to just hang on to it for my next project.
